Nominators may seek assistance from nominee, employee or others (with the exception of Chamber staff, board or jury members) in the completion of their submission.
Businesses must accept their nomination(s) by the deadline indicated, and then complete their Submission Kit to be considered as a Nominee in that category. Exceptions won't be made for late submissions.
Nominees can only let their name stand in one category.
After winning an award in a specific category, a business must wait three full years before being able to be nominated again.
The Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce holds no responsibility for incorrect emails or contact information submitted via the nomination form.
Nominations by an employee of the business are permitted.
An independent jury will select winners from all completed submissions received.
The Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce staff/board does not review or score the submissions.
